How can I get an imported image to print in color in Microsoft Word?
I typed a document in Word and imported a color photo. When I print it out in black and white, even if I am printing on a color printer. What gives?
Sounds like a parameter of the printer or the problem. In Windows, go to your Printer and Faxes list. Right click on the printer and click "Properties." Click the Advanced tab. At the bottom of this window, select "Default printer". In this window make sure that the "Grayscale Printing" button unchecked. Make sure Word is not set to print in levels gray. Otherwise, it may be a printer or an ink problem.
