Inch Heel
With a 4-inch heel and a 1 / 2 platform thumb, would you be 4 1 / 2 inches taller?
I look at the boots online for a Halloween costume that have a heel of 4 inches and 1 / 2 inch platform. Will they make me 4 inches taller and 4 1 / 2 inches taller? I ask because I'm 5'9 ". Highest my pair of heels right now are 3 inches and I'm still shorter than my boyfriend when I wear them. I do not buy heels if they will make me bigger than him.
It does not matter if they are pumps or platforms, but no, you do not win the entire height of the heel because your whole foot bends so you kind of a free part of the natural heel height. The higher the heel lift, the more you "coward to win." If your platform are 4 "with only 1 / 2 inch front, you're likely to gain 3" or less. If you wear Frankenstein style 4 "platforms, all the same height, then yes, you would earn exactly 4 ". You might seem bigger than your guy, but my daughter, you will be sexy as hell!
