What type of shoes should I travel with South America?
I am traveling in Colombia. I will not hike or anything either, but I guess I'll walk a lot. What shoes should I wear? " I am thinking of buying some Teva sandals (style olowahu women), but I was wondering if anyone out there has had any experience with this kind of thing. Thank you!
I would recommend Tevas or other sandals solids. You'll have the sporting merits, but for your feet to be protected in case they wet, and then have a fresh feeling. I also usually travel with a pair of sandals for the beach and shower, and tennis shoes just in case I'm cold, or really buggy area. He also might be a good idea to take bug spray if you wear sandals so your feet are not super bug bite.
