Can Olympic 40 lb bars accept weight plastic or standard plates?
I'll get a flat bench and quickly get a bar 40 lb. Olympic will they accept that bars standard board or can they also accept plastic because of my friend, as more than 100 pounds worth of them and I'll also obtain iron but want to use plastic because I could buy some vehicles and gear him.
Usaully plastic ones have a hole diameter smaller so that it wouldnt fit on the Olympic barbell because it assigns greater than plastic, iron 1 are the only one you can get, but there some plastic coatings. Usually, it will show if it was for an Olympic bar or not.
