Can you see Man City poaching Gerrard and Torres in the window mid-season?

Now Liverpool will be out of Europe by Christmas and so far behind top 4, that any chance of champions league football next season.

Im an Arsenal fan but no Torres and Gerrard wouldnt even think of going to the city man, even if they never left somewhere it would exceed the size of city man and I doubt that anyone where in England
