Question for the employees of Macy's West - How much does the Commission in the shoe department?

I wondered how the Commission is paid when working in the shoe department of Macy's wife. Is it calculated by boot sale or percentage of target total per day? If the shoes are returned, it is deducted from the employee?

I know it Varies from 7-8% on the mark to sell u thats for PT and 8-9% for FT, so I think now n theres no more east to west while what is now District.
