How do you get super glue off of excess surface?

I super glued rhinestones on the back of my phone Theres and extra dry glue on the sides and it just seems really bad and I want to get the widest

There are some things you can do .... you can use Goo Gone, you can use acetone (solvent in nail polish), or try to ice it becomes brittle, and then use as a scraper to gently remove. Good luck.
