Toe Double
How do my toe touches the bomb?
I have the flexibility and height, but its very neglected. My elbows are double jointed, so my T flys up. Sometimes, when my legs down, I bend them, because if I do not fall on my but. So I kind of look like a frog end. My friends say that my toe touch look good, but they try to cheerleaders too, if the lie is of expected type. 
Advice?
I think you just need to keep your arms tight. I'm double jointed, and my arm when I do fly a T. So just try to keep your arms straight and your arms practice with a line break right. Point your toes and you can not bend the legs and you'll be fine.
