Then paint white mat be used as a primer to cover a wall of dark color in bathroom?
After im done im going to use a kitchen and bathroom Semigloss paint. It's just that I had some white paint apartment given to me or should I just go out and buy KILTZ few primers. I wanted to save money. The wall color is now blue paint on Semigloss med. wall texture
