Yellow Heels
How do I get rid of the yellow piece rough callouses thickness of the skin on my heels?
and what's it called? its just a thick yellow skin that hard shots on my heels.its size of about quarter.i tried cutting with clippers, but it just formed again.and pumice doesn't seem to work well.however I have used once or several times a twice.how day or week shoule I use pumice and what directions.thanks!
I used a pumice stone. In a few days or more, you can completely remove the callous. The stone that I bought was only a few dollars and come with directions. I recall that it is better to use it while showering and use soap on both the stone and foot to avoid scraping the skin off. I think I ran the stone against a bar of soap to ensure it was very slippery. I also used liquid soap on the stone to other opportunities. There is really no reason to be too aggressive since you do not want to have an infection or have trouble walking. I hope this helps. Cheers!
